Case Overview
A 26-year-old female patient presented to Geetanjali Multispeciality Hospital, Wai, with:
Obstructive jaundice (yellowing of eyes and skin)
Acute abdominal pain
Ultrasound (USG) findings showed:
Multiple gallbladder stones (Cholelithiasis)
Stones in the common bile duct (Choledocholithiasis)
Largest stone causing biliary blockage
Diagnosis: Obstructive Jaundice Due to CBD Stones
The cause of symptoms was identified as a blocked bile duct, preventing bile drainage from the liver to the intestine, leading to jaundice and pain.
